Terms and conditions

1. All participants have to register before payment. Please follow this link to register.
2. Registration fees and other ISAG2024-related payments are non-refundable.
3. Your data will not be shared with third parties. Processing of your personal information provided via the registration form is performed strictly for the registration purpose to the ISAG2024 symposium and for sending notifications and other ISAG2024-related details via e-mail.
4. Registration fee includes attendance at the conference, welcome reception (ice breaker), two lunches, four coffee/tea breaks, an abstract book and an electronic version of the symposium's proceedings (DOI included) and SCOPUS indexed.
5. Registered participants can present up to two papers.
6. The presenting participant must be registered according to their statute (Regular/Pensioner 65+, Student)
7. The order is processed when positive payment authorization is obtained.
